No Reason Returns

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale items or discounted products may not be eligible for return (unless defective).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, depending on availability.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
• To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed clothing
• Items without original tags/packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
